INDUSTRY LEADERS SHARE INSIGHTS

IMPRESA HOUSE IS SET TO FUSE EUROPEAN CNC TECHNOLOGY AND CUSTOMISABLE PREFABRICATED BUILDINGS WITH THE OPENING OF ITS NEW PLANT.

Signalling a major shift in the way Australian housing is built, Impresa House has opened a new 16,000m2 facility in Melbourne that is likely to disrupt conventional building methodology.

The facility’s production process begins with uploading a building design to the company’s system; the exact quantity of materials required is then calculated and the complete panelised building (residential or commercial) is then manufactured by a high-precision Wienmann CNC plant.

The complete building is then transported to site and assembled ready to be fitted out.

The major benefits of this approach are time savings, quality of construction, increased sustainability and energy efficiency.
