Designed by Architectus, the building comprises two pavilions, each with flexible layouts that can be adapted and re-configured as required.
The brief required a constricted timeframe for construction, which was completed in 37 days, resulting in a relocatable building that would accommodate the evolving needs of its occupants.

With the roof timbers presenting challenges to achieve junctions required between Glulam beams, TTW engineers determined the optimal solution involving internal flitch plates with steel dowels. Strongbuild played a major role in delivering the engineered timber structure.
