Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain & Internet of Things positions Modulex Modular Buildings for global expansion.
Modulex is currently building the world’s largest steel modular building factory in India to supply the UK, EU, US, and Indian markets. They’ve also got global financial heavyweight investors, PHP Ventures Acquisition Corp, on board for the journey.
The UK-headquartered company is a ConstructTech business delivering “Modular Buildings 2.0” – Carbon Net Zero certified IoT-enabled smart buildings designed using AI with quality assurance on the blockchain, and specialise in the development of environment-friendly modular buildings using advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and IoT.

They’ve adopted British steel modular building technology and ‘implementing’ initially it in India, and the intention is to franchise their modular building technology into the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) and N11 (Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, South Korea, and Vietnam) economies through wholly or partly owned franchises.
“How Apple changed smartphones and how Tesla changed cars, is how Modulex will change buildings with our Carbon Net Zero certified IoT enabled SMART building technology. We are pleased to have the support of top-tier investors and access to the U.S. capital markets following the closing of this proposed transaction, which we believe will further strengthen Modulex and will allow us to continue our global rollout of MegaFactories across high growth markets with a diversified order pipeline from marquee investors,” said Suchit Punnose.

According to company sources, they’ve already secured an order pipeline of £37.5 million from customers in the UK and India and the support of real estate investors including Ajmera Group, Delta Corp., and Ethix Group through their participation as shareholders in the Indian subsidiary of Modulex.
The existing pipeline of work and real estate investor relationships will facilitate funding for five factories across South Korea, Vietnam, Brazil, Egypt and the US, and will position Modulex to roll out a further 15 factories across emerging markets.
