New agreement between GTT and White Picket Fence to support faster homebuilding

White Picket Fence to build 100 homes through the new collaboration by 2026.

Australian offsite manufacturer Green Timber Technology (GTT) has formed a partnership with integrated property group White Picket Fence to improve the speed and predictability of new home construction. The collaboration links GTT’s prefabricated timber building systems with Brooklyn Homes, the construction arm of White Picket Fence, reducing typical build times by around half. Operating from Orange, New South Wales, GTT manufactures precision-engineered wall, floor, and roof panels for residential projects. Built in a controlled environment and designed using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) principles, the systems allow homes to be assembled on site within weeks. This approach minimises delays caused by weather and material scheduling, offering more consistent outcomes for developers and homeowners.

The partnership represents GTT’s largest collaboration to date, with approximately 100 homes scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. The combined model is expected to support delivery of more than 2,000 homes per year as capacity grows.

“White Picket Fence understands the challenges buyers and developers face in the current housing environment,” said Pete Morrison, Chief Executive Officer of GTT. “Our production systems align well with their delivery framework, allowing us to achieve shorter build cycles with greater certainty and accountability.”

Integrated model for accessible homeownership

Founded in 2019, White Picket Fence is led by Group CEO Phil Leahy, who has held senior roles at Stockland, Brookfield Properties, and Metro Property Development. The group combines finance, construction, property support, and legal services under one structure, helping buyers move from loan approval to home completion through a coordinated process.

Its subsidiaries include Empower Money, Property Gateway Partners, and Brooklyn Homes, alongside a partnership with Bluecrest Legal for conveyancing. The integrated approach enables White Picket Fence to manage each stage of the buying and building process, particularly for first homebuyers.

Leahy said the partnership with GTT would improve efficiency across planning and delivery.

“Working with GTT enables us to complete homes in around three months instead of six, with improved control over timing and quality,” Leahy said. “It simplifies scheduling, reduces on-site delays and gives our clients clearer cost expectations.”

Building systems designed for scale

GTT’s panelised timber systems are developed for scalability and consistent performance across projects of varying size and complexity. The company sources materials through established regional suppliers and focuses on standardisation to ensure quality remains constant as production volumes increase.

“Our goal has always been to deliver dependable building systems that support more sustainable and efficient housing outcomes,” Morrison said. “This collaboration allows both organisations to contribute to housing supply in a structured and measurable way.”

The partnership adds capacity to Australia’s housing supply chain through coordinated production and delivery, aligning manufacturing certainty with established pathways to ownership.
