MODSTRUCT Group set to launch on July 1, targeting education and commercial sectors with volumetric solutions.
On July 1, MODSTRUCT Group will be launched, a new entity formed by the merger of four established companies: 2 Types Constructions Pty Ltd, EPB Modular Construction Pty Ltd, SKI Electrical, and Addison Electrical. Their objective driving the merger is to enhance efficiency and streamline processes, and provide comprehensive volumetric solutions servicing the commercial sector. Based in Smeaton Grange, NSW, MODSTRUCT Group will initially target the education sector, and also extend its services to the commercial sector, particularly in the renewable energy space, including solar farms and office buildings. Their goal is to offer relocatable small buildings for commercial use, emphasising single-story structures.
The merger brings together the strengths of each firm into a single, integrated provider, expanding capabilities across various sectors within the construction, modular construction, and service industries, leveraging their combined expertise.
MODSTRUCT Group aims to offer a comprehensive suite of services, ranging from volumetric modular and in-situ construction to service installations, including electrical solutions.
