WorkBox by DuBox launches standardised modular office spaces.
Dubai-based modular construction firm DuBox, part of the AMANA Group, has launched WorkBox, a modular product aimed at meeting the needs of the commercial sector. Designed as a standardised solution, WorkBox “offers high-quality, scalable office spaces that can be delivered and operational within seven months”.
Since its establishment in 2010, DuBox has focused on providing offsite, volumetric concrete construction solutions for a range of industries. The launch of WorkBox broadly reflects the company’s shift towards offering ready-made modular products to address market demand for efficient, durable, and flexible office spaces.

WorkBox is one of DuBox’s Productization initiative, which prioritises standardisation to improve delivery timelines and control costs while maintaining consistent quality. Using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) according to company sources, WorkBox is designed to meet safety and environmental standards, offering a sustainable option for businesses requiring permanent office solutions.
According to Richard Abboud, CEO of AMANA Group, the shift towards Productization allows the company to focus on providing standardised, turnkey solutions that can be delivered efficiently. He stated, “WorkBox is part of our commitment to meeting business needs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.”
Constructed using offsite volumetric concrete techniques, WorkBox is intended to provide reliable, permanent office spaces. Sustainability is also a core aspect of the product, aligning with regional goals such as Saudi Vision 2030 and We the UAE 2031, which promote innovation and efficiency in construction.
The WorkBox product has been designed to adapt to the requirements of different commercial applications. DuBox plans to expand its modular offerings to other sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, and residential, to provide additional options for clients.
