InstaBUILT lays out grand plan for modular construction

Kosovo-based InstaBUILT seeks global expansion for their modular construction offering.

Founded in 2018, they’ve already established two modular construction factories, one in Balshaj, Kosovo, and the other in Austin, Texas.

The InstaBuilt Europe factory is said to be one of the largest single-floor factories dedicated to modular construction in South East Europe with the capacity to produce and export from 1,200 up to 4,000 units per year.

They’re backed by American Tom Meredith’s BP Investments, and they haven’t wasted anytime in establishing their efficient modular construction factories with an emphasis on integrating robotics, AI, advanced technology, and standardised product lines.

With a plethora of different configurations and options, each one of their modular building systems is said to provide a flexible solution for any public or private sector construction project.

“These solutions are completely manufactured onsite and have exclusive designs, different architectural styles, and are customized according to the needs of our clients,” according to company sources.

“You can modify or upgrade your general construction specifications, design your own floor plans, pick the style of the windows, choose the colour, carpet and bath fixtures, where we can say that the possibilities are endless.”

Their modular construction build methodology primarily relies on panelised walls, floors and roof systems manufactured by HOMAG equipment.

“When the modules arrive at the construction site, the time for you to see your new home built is a matter of a week, a day, or even hours. To begin the setting process the modules were transported to the building site where a foundation for the home had already been completed. All the process starts lifting the modules by crane to their final position and once they are all set, the interior fitting crew starts their job to make any change upon the client’s requirements. Our company will complete the necessary on-site finishing work such as the connection of electrical and mechanical system, stairs, trim, and utility, otherwise, if you want you can choose to make the assembly process on your own – everything is defined on our quality and instruction manual.”

They’re also recruiting for international distribution partners.
