prefabAUS, the leading industry body for prefabricated building in Australia, is excited to announce Offsite 2024, scheduled for 28-29 August in Sydney. Offsite 2024 will focus on the four critical recommendations from the Prefabrication Industry Roadmap to 2033, as voted by prefabAUS members:

  1. Positioning Smart Building within the National Housing Accord and other major projects.
  2. Embedding Design for Manufacture and Assembly in major projects.
  3. Applying strategic public procurement to build scale.
  4. Creating consistent nationwide standards and regulations.
