Saltair Modular specialises in constructing modular homes and structures within their factory, which are later transported by trucks to become residential houses, villas, or commercial facilities. Among their recent projects are cabins at The Ridge in Maleny and accommodation at Shellys camp within the Sunshine Coast Recreation Precinct at Currimundi.
The purpose-built 10,500 sqm production facility, situated on Quanda Road in Coolum’s industrial estate, supplements Saltair’s existing and recently expanded facility. With a combined area of 21,000 square metres, according to reports, they’re forecasting to manufacture over 750 modular homes annually.
The expansion is also positioning Saltair Modular to take on more projects and collaborate with government and key organisations to address housing challenges.
Managing director Steve Bridger, who acquired Saltair Modular four years ago, expressed pride in this achievement, especially in an industry facing persistent delays due to supply shortages and labour constraints.

Saltair Modular has delivered a wide range of projects, from single to multi-dwelling structures, ranging from one to three stories
