Winners announced for Australia’s inaugural Smart Building Industry Awards

Smart Building Industry Awards: Celebrating innovation in Australia’s prefabricated and modular construction industry.

Industry leaders, construction professionals, and guests gathered at the Novotel Sydney Olympic Park on August 28 to celebrate Australia’s inaugural Smart Building Industry Awards. The event highlighted excellence, innovation, and sustainable practices within Australia’s prefabricated and modular construction industry.

With over 40 nominations across nine categories, the strong representation in the commercial sectors reaffirmed the significant role modular construction plays in these areas. At the same time, the residential sector was recognised as a key area for future growth.
